This license does not include the right to resell, sublicense, or distribute the deliverables to third parties unless expressly agreed in the project documentation.
4.3 Third-Party Components
Our deliverables may incorporate open-source software or third-party components, each governed by its own license terms. You agree to comply with all applicable third-party license terms. DBHA LAKESIDE VILLAGE, LLC makes no warranties regarding third-party components and disclaims all liability related to their use.
5. Limitation of Liability

10. Dispute Resolution

If mediation does not resolve the dispute within 30 days of its commencement, either party may demand binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in Volusia County, Florida, by a single arbitrator with experience in technology services disputes. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
10.4 Class Action Waiver
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, all claims must be brought in the parties' individual capacities and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one party's claims and may not preside over any form of class or representative proceeding.
11. Changes to These Terms
DBHA LAKESIDE VILLAGE, LLC reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms of Service at any time at its sole discretion. When we make material changes, we will:
- Post the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date
- Display a notice on the website homepage for at least 30 days following the update
- Send an email notification to active clients with ongoing engagements where practical
